How to play Roulette Splendide

Although Roulette is a game of chance, its incredible popularity lies in players' ability to control the level of risk and reward. You can predict a specific number for a large payout, or you could bet on several numbers for a greater chance of winning. The choices are almost limitless!

How to bet:

To place your bet, simply click on a chip of your desired value from the rack at the bottom on the right hand side of the casino table. After you have chosen your chip size, simply click on any bet area on the Roulette table to place your bet. Every click on the same area of the table adds one more chip. If you would like to increase your bet by some other amount just select another chip and then place your bet.

Clear: The "CLEAR" button will clear all the bets currently placed on the table.

Undo: The "UNDO" button will clear the last bet you have placed on the table.

Spin: Click "SPIN" to set the wheel in motion and start your bet.

Rebet: Click "REBET" to repeat your last bet with the same stake.

Table Layout - Payouts:

The Table Layout is the main betting area, chips placed in here payout as follows:

Straight Bet:

Bet on any number, including 0, by placing the chip on the centre of a number.

Payout: 35:1 or x36
Example: 35:1 - If you bet £1 you win £35 and get your initial stake of £1 back.
x36 - if you win your initial stake (e.g. £1) will be multiplied by 36 (you get £36)
Split Bet:

Bet on two numbers by placing a chip on the line that divides the two numbers.

Payout: 17:1 or x18
Example: 17:1 - If you bet £1 you win £17 and get your initial stake of £1 back.
x18 - if you win your initial stake (e.g. £1) will be multiplied by 18 (you get £18)
Street Bet:

Bet on three numbers by placing a chip on the inner top boundary line of the roulette table that is above the corresponding row of the three numbers.

Payout: 11:1 or x12
Example: 11:1 - If you bet £1 you win £11 and get your initial stake of £1 back
x12 - if you win your initial stake (e.g. £1) will be multiplied by 12 (you get £12)
Corner Bet:

Bet on four numbers by placing chips at the corner where the four numbers meet.

Payout: 8:1 or x9
Example: 8:1 - If you bet £1 you win £8 and get your initial stake of £1 back
x9 - if you win your initial stake (e.g. £1) will be multiplied by 9 (you get £9)
Four Bet:

Bet on the numbers 0, 1, 2, and 3 by placing your chip on the inner top boundary line between 0 and 3.

Payout: 8:1 or x9
Example: 8:1 - If you bet £1 you win £8 and get your initial stake of £1 back
x9 - if you win your initial stake (e.g. £1) will be multiplied by 9 (you get £9)
Line Bet:

Bet on two street bets (i.e., the six different numbers in two rows of three numbers), by placing your chip on the inner top boundary line where the line dividing the two rows intersects it.

Payout: 5:1 or x6
Example: 5:1 - If you bet £1 you win £5 and get your initial stake of £1 back
x6 - if you win your initial stake (e.g. £1) will be multiplied by 6 (you get £6)
Column Bet:

Bet in one of the boxes labeled "2 to 1" to bet on that column of 12 numbers. 0 is not included in any column.

Payout: 2:1 or x3
Example: 2:1 - If you bet £1 you win £2 and get your initial stake of £1 back
x3 - if you win your initial stake (e.g. £1) will be multiplied by 3 (you get £3)
Dozen Bet:

Bet on a group of twelve numbers by placing your chip in one of the three boxes marked "1st 12," "2nd 12," or "3rd 12." 0 is not included in any box.

Payout: 2:1 or x3
Example: 2:1 - If you bet £1 you win £2 and get your initial stake of £1 back
x3 - if you win your initial stake (e.g. £1) will be multiplied by 3 (you get £3)
Red/Black, Even/Odd, Low/High Bets:

Each of these boxes contains 18 numbers. 0 is not included in any of them.

Payout: 1:1 or x2
Example: 1:1 - If you bet £1 you win £1 and get your initial stake of £1 back
x2 - if you win your initial stake (e.g. £1) will be multiplied by 2 (you get £2)

Racecourse Layout - Payouts:

Racetrack bets are bets placed using the oval "racecourse" area of the table - though they appear on the main table - and payout as follows:

Neighbour Bets:

Neighbour bets allow you to place wagers on any five neighbouring numbers on the wheel. Simply click a number on the racecourse and you'll place a wager on each of the five neighbouring numbers.

Payout: x7.2
Example: x7.2 - if you win your initial stake (e.g. £1) will be multiplied by 7.2 (you get £7.2)
French Bets:

French Bets place wagers across an established section of the wheel. There are three different sets of French Bets you can place (Voisins, Tiers and Orphelins):

Voisins:

This is a shortened version of "Voisins du Zero", which stands for "neighbours of zero". A bet here will place 9 wagers of the selected chip size:

  • 2 wagers covering 0, 2, and 3
  • 1 wager covering 4 and 7
  • 1 wager covering 12 and 15
  • 1 wager covering 18 and 21
  • 1 wager covering 19 and 22
  • 2 wagers covering 25, 26, 28, and 29
  • 1 wager covering 32 and 35

Payout: The payout is based on the payouts explained under "Table layout - Payouts".

Tiers:

This is a shortened version of "Tiers du Cylindre", which stands for a "third of the wheel". This bet will place 6 wagers of the selected chip size:

  • 1 wager covering 5 and 8
  • 1 wager covering 10 and 11
  • 1 wager covering 13 and 16
  • 1 wager covering 23 and 24
  • 1 wager covering 27 and 30
  • 1 wager covering 33 and 36

Payout: The payout is based on the payouts explained under "Table layout - Payouts".

Orphelins:

Also known as "The Orphans" this section covers all numbers not covered by Voisins or Tiers. You'll find them in the centre of the racecourse and a bet here will include 5 wagers of the selected chip size:

  • 1 wager covering 1
  • 1 wager covering 6 and 9
  • 1 wager covering 14 and 17
  • 1 wager covering 17 and 20
  • 1 wager covering 31 and 34

Payout: The payout is based on the payouts explained under "Table layout - Payouts".

Table limits:

The minimum bet is 10p. The overall table limit is £1,000, though individual bets have their own limits:

Bet Limits for Racetrack bets are based on the above combinations. The game will automatically warn you if you attempt to exceed any specific bet limit.

Formal Game Rules:

ROULETTE SPLENDIDE is a standard version of European Roulette with both standard (inside and outside) bets and French style Racetrack bets (sometimes known as called, call or sector bets).

The game is commenced by pressing "SPIN" and this action being registered on our servers. This will cause the bet indicated on screen to be placed. Once the game has been commenced the game cannot be discontinued and the bet amount will be deducted from your account.

Each spin is completely random and independent. It is not affected by previous spins, or the start position of the wheel. The animation of the spin is a graphical representation and does not affect the outcome.

Wins are paid in accordance with the payouts described in the following table:

Red/Black; Even/Odd; Low/High Each of these boxes contains 18 numbers. The "La Partage" rule is applied to even money outside bets when the outcome is zero (this means that you lose only half of any even money stake in the event that the ball lands on zero). The "En Prison" rule is not operated. 1:1 (x2)

Racecourse and French Bets pay out in keeping with the individual bets making up the combined bet.

The overall table limit is £1,000, though individual bets have their own limits ranging from 25 (on a straight up bet) to £500 (on an even bet).

This game is played over the Internet which is a communication medium that is known to be imperfect. Messages to or from your display device and the game servers may be lost or interrupted. If you have not commenced the game when you are disconnected, the game will not take place. If you have commenced the game when you are disconnected the game status will be recorded on the game servers and the bet will stand and the outcome will be reflected in your account status.

In the event of disconnection the records stored on the game server shall be the final authority in determining the terms of any bets you have placed and the circumstances in which they were made.

"Malfunction voids all pays and plays" - in other words your bet and any outcome are void in the event of a malfunction.

In the event that these Formal Game Rules contradict other information about the game these Formal Game Rules shall take precedence. These Game Rules do not take precedence over the main Service Terms and Conditions.
